Reaching Struggling Elementary Math Learners

Students enter our classrooms with an array of foundational knowledge and background skills. Yet, they are all expected to master the same standards. This two-day session will highlight common characteristics of struggling learners and present instructional techniques to help them. It will also focus on specific tools, manipulatives, and strategies for the elementary grades to help struggling learners attain success in mathematics.
